to sacrifice home to free their art, and survive.

of my culture's greatest forms of expression. Just like
our music seems to have a life of its own, I bring life
and focus to the tools used to create it.
The textures, colors and architecture of a city left
behind in the 1950’s are still beautiful and impressive
today, but noticeably left to decay and crumble.

Randy Valdes has developed a promising career as both a cinematographer and a director. As a director, Randy strives to tell stories that challenge and inspire viewers. Behind the camera, he manipulates composition and lighting to develop a cinematic atmosphere that is true to the story.
